My nausea and temperature dropped very quickly after they gave me intravenous medication due to experiencing food posioning at a 5* hotel. Brilliant service from Dr Tagwa and the 2 nurses, Jesna and Javed. I felt unwell whilst on holiday and thought I needed doctors assistance. I contacted our hotel reception who advised 45 minutes to an hour. The team turned up within 35/40 minutes. I was quite anxious, but they were all friendly and did all their relevant checks. I received immediate medication via IV, and in the evening received my prescription after blood test results. I couldn’t fault the team, they were brilliant and the service I received was exceptional. Highly recommend. Had to call on the services of Dr Muhammad Butt to attend my father who was in severe pain when we arrived in Dubai for a holiday. Dr Muhammad attended his hotel room a gave thorough investigation and diagnosing probable cause. He gave excellent advice and provided guidance and relieved my father’s pain. On receiving test results he advised on going care at a local hospital who were also excellent in their diagnosis and treatment. The doctors assisting nurse Heena was also excellent in her care and treatment of my father, and Dr Muhammad sent several follow up messages to check on his recovery.

The nurses are wonderful. They always come on time. Are very gentle and caring. And they always insure that the patients are both comfortable and safe. The IVs drips and other medical services that they provide are of the highest quality. The doctors are also kind, caring and always available. I just landed in Dubai yesterday and ended up really ill. Could even move because of pain and tummy issues. The hotel I was staying called out calldoctor . Dr Alaa and her nurse sangeeta came. All check up and test were done in the comfort at the hotel. Dr Alaa kept in contact with me past 48 hours. She advised me along the way. As I requested for another drip due to being overly dehydrated she sent another nurse at the Airbnb where we currently shifted. A fabulous nurse named Denmark and did the final treatment. All thanks to this team I will enjoy the rest of my holiday. They got me back to my normal self in less than 48 hours. Great company fabulous team. 🙂 highly recommended

I cannot recommend the services of Dr. Zarghuna Arbab enough. I scheduled an appointment for early Friday because I had an urgent medical infection that needed to be addressed because I was traveling later that day. Dr. Zarghuna and her nurse came to my home, fully prepared to help. She was kind and sweet about my situation, prescribed me all the necessary antibiotics, gave me an IV for the swelling and pain. The best service from Dr Tagwa and Nurse Dehmark .. Was not feeling well at all in hotel and we called them. They where here in minutes , did all vital checks & bloods , diagnosed a throat and chest infection and treated with IV in minutes .
Followed up the day after immediately with blood results , medication delivered and further vitamin & an immunology IV .. trustworthy, caring , and fair pricing.

I traveled from the US to Dubai. Within a day, I was suffering from severe back pain unable to do any activities. My hotel arranged for a doctor (Dr Zarghuna Arbab from Call Doctor) to come to the hotel to access my situation. She arrived swiftly and I was given an iv to relieve my muscle spasms and she had a prescription delivered to my hotel room. She clearly understood my situation and provided excellent service and recommendations upon returning to the US. She was available post treatment by text and phone. Doctor Butt & Nurse Shivani were excellent. I was extremely impressed with everything as they came to see me at my convenience. They arrived at my hotel room after midnight due to an urgent matter and this was a wonderful experience given the help I needed at such an hour within my room. They were both very informative, providing medical advice and answering all of my questions in great detail that I was able to understand. They promptly took some tests and provided injections based on my medical issue as well as made prescriptions on what I needed to take for long term management. I was also given access to Doctor Butt via WhatsApp where I could follow up on anything I needed including my test results which were available within 12 hours of taking the tests. I would highly recommend both Doctor Butt and Nurse Shivani for their excellent medical service and care

It has been an excellent service from Dr Tagwa to the nurse Denmark to the physical therapist Dr Prajwal! They have sustained a high level of professionalism during the whole time and have shown empathy and understanding as this is all what matters to a patient. The treatment was promptly given and the follow up too. They left when they saw my temperature has dropped and my Heartrate has been regulated. I had to contact “Call the Doctor “ to day. They responded very quickly and Dr Tagwa and Nurse Heba arrived in less than a hour. Both Dr Tagwa and nurse Heba were thorough and professional, they explained things well to both myself and my wife. They were friendly and it was so efficient and examination covered all the possible bases.
I had a follow up visit later in the day from Nurse Roslin once a blood test had confirmed the diagnosis, she gave extra treatment and she was also very pleasant and professional and really made sure that the antibiotics were correct and were suitable despite my allergy’s.

Despite it was middle of the night, Dr Bott n Nurse Sandeef have been extremely attentive to my severe tummy pain and physical agony, took all efforts to ease my condition and even helped me arrange for medication to be delivered to my hotel. I was well enough to tend to my business meetings which were in the same day. I am incredibly thankful to them both - without their tremendous help, I would not be able to sustain throughout the week of work.

Very fast service! They work 24/7 and can come as quickly as you need them. Dr.Zarghuna checked my vitals,listened to me very carefully and gave me a prescription. She later stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp answering all my questions regarding medications and other concerns that I had. I was very happy to find Call Doctor online since I was too sick to go out and seek consultation. Dr. Zarghuna arrived with a nurse who administered my vitals. It was such a quick and easy experience. Dr Taqwa Hassan was the best, her and nurse Sindhi were so helpful and made sure the whole process went so well. I went from feeling terrible with food poisoning before they came to feeling amazing and healthy again after the drip and everything else they gave me. She also made sure to follow up with blood results and to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend for sure. Such a good service, especially considering I have two young babies so them coming was so convenient.

I would like to thank the doctor Sanjay and nurses Hanouf and Denmark. They promptly came to me and were able to diagnose me correctly. The insurance company service suggested treating me with panadol, while the disease required urgent treatment with antibiotics. The temperature of 39.6 lasted for 6 days, and the doctors from the insurance did not want to do anything. This doctor and his team were able to help, prescribed the correct treatment, and they n a few days I was healthy.

We needed medical services for an elderly family member, we requested a doctor to visit our house and check the patient from Call Doctor At Home. On the requested time a doctor and a nurse came to our house with their medical equipment and did a thorough examination, in addition of taking samples for laboratory tests. The Doctor provided a diagnostic with recommended medication, on the second day the doctor contacted us and provided her final diagnostic based on the laboratory results and confirmed the medication to be given to the patient. Dr Tagwa Hassan and her team incredibly and quickly diagnosed my injury after a car accident and took action, including antibiotic drip and medication as well as blood samples taken for analysis.

Exceptional service! Thank you Tousif, Nurse Nirosha and Doctor Tagwa. We are Australian nationals and needed medical treatment whilst holidaying in Dubai. Tousif in operations had a team of professionals out to us in an hour. He was prompt in his communication and engaged well with us, he gathered all the necessary information to best assist us. Dr Tagwa was thorough in her assessed and diagnosis and organised the relevant tests and treatment for my partners condition. She was clear in her communication and kept us well informed of what to expect along the way including a clear outline of the costs involved. Dr Tagwa had pharmaceuticals delivered to our accommodation in a hour. Nurse Nirosha stayed with us to administer treatment and until my partner was well. She was kind and compassionate and really took great care of us during a challenging time and provided us with the reassurance we needed. The team stayed in contact with us in the days following the call out to check in on us and make sure the recovery was going well, which it was! Called them out due to severe flu like symptoms with high fever and crippling pain in my back and legs.
6000 AED later (2 blood tests and I was given paracetamol IV and a rehydration IV) I was diagnosed as having a blood infection. This was based on a VERY SLIGHTLY high neutrophils reading and nothing else. I was prescribed antibiotics and told to rest, and I'd be fine in 3 days.
It was clear at the time that the nurse knew more than the doctor and came across far more competent than the doctor, too. In the bedroom I was in at home, there were no chairs so the doctor just left to sit in the car outside as she didn't feel she should have to stand while "treating" me.
With this in mind, and not feeling anything other than worse the following day, I got a blind second opinion. I was immediately tested for Dengue and got a positive result.
Missing this was so dangerous, I'd been on antibiotics for no reason and wasted all that money. I contacted the doctor and she was completely dismissive of the incompetence and showed no remorse or any desire to make it right.
I'll be contacting the regulatory authorities to complain about the doctor.

Dr Rageena Suleman has come to see my 2 Yr old daughter. She has been excellent in examining her and was explaining what she's doing and what needs to be done for her condition which was ongoing cough and high temperature. My daughter was at ease with her, and also the Dr was available to talk online if there were any queries later in the day. There was prompt response with regards to the tests done for her as we were flying out on the same day to Sydney. I am very thankful for the diagnosis and treatment. Very friendly staff. I had a good experience with this medical company. We needed a PCR test w/ result done within less than 24 hours since it was required for a tour that we had booked. Within 1-2 hours of requesting, our doctor Roselin came to our hotel room. They followed proper medical procedure by wearing full scrubs and performed a nasal swab. We got the results less than 18 hours later right in time before our tour. I 100% recommend this company for quick, easy service!
