We start with carefully listening to the symptoms of the patients, patients past history, allergies to medications taking vitals and evaluating the patient for initial diagnosis. After that, we can start symptomatic treatment as per the assessment, the severity of the case & investigations. I will try my best to explain the probable diagnosis and treatment plan, given prescription and effect of a prescribed medication.
From my side, I will provide administration of medications and assessing the patient’s medical condition for improvement. Following up with the patient is a very important part of any doctor work. After turnaround time, my duty is to inquire and assess the medical condition if any further medical assistance needs to be provided. Once there is an improvement, I feel it’s very important to educate and advice a patient on having healthy living as to avoid the medical condition in the future.
I always try to keep a positive, calm and caring attitude, which helps in creating a friendly environment. Such atmosphere, where patients feel free to discuss his/her medical condition with ease, helps to understand real reasons of sickness and to diagnose more accurately.
With a decade-long experience in home health care sector, I hope to make a Substantial improvement in medical treatment field and provide prompt, effective and reliable medical services to the individuals at their preferred time and their comfortable.
