Dr. Rukhtaz and nurse Javed attended my husband at the hotel in Dubai. It took them around 30 mins to arrive after we called which was impressive! Both of them were very knowledgeable, attentive and caring as they completed a checkup of my husband, and they answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them and their service!

Great experience with Dr Rukhtaz and nurse Sandeep , they were both professionals , gentle and friendly with my daughter , they made her feel really comfortable . Dr Rukhtaz explained to me everything thoroughly and she kept cheking up on my daughter's progress. She was approachable, attentive and always available for any queries I had . Excellent and very professional service by Dr. Regina and the accompanying nurse - she was able to get my husband on his feet after an hour. She explained everything patiently and consulted on every step of the process checking on his condition, linking us to pharmacy that delivered the medicine and had the test results ready same day. Very impressive service from the moment we made the call to the follow up.Highly recommended!
I had a horrible chest pain accompanied with nausea and burning sensation. My hotel called the doctor and he was prompt with his team. Doctor Butt and nurse Sandeef and nurse Krifa were exceptional. Their hospitality were up to par. They’re fast with knowledge. I am amazed by such an amazing team. Great job.

I had covid symptoms and needed to have a PCR test taken at home. I contacted the call doctor team and a nurse was sent to my house in 45 minutes, Reena. I had a good experience with this medical company. We needed a PCR test w/ result done within less than 24 hours since it was required for a tour that we had booked. Within 1-2 hours of requesting, our doctor Roselin came to our hotel room. They followed proper medical procedure by wearing full scrubs and performed a nasal swab. We got the results less than 18 hours later right in time before our tour. I 100% recommend this company for quick, easy service!
Wonderful service, they came to my hotel room in Dubai (on schedule) and conducted a rapid Covid test. The results were returned within the committee time frame and pricing for their services were reasonable. Highly recommend.

Needed a PCR test to fly back to our country. Arranging the test was so easy and seamless! The nurse Mariam came to my hotel and did our test. She came on time was polite and efficient!! Everything is upper legit which we appreciated. The results were sent to us with the needed QR code! We will definitely use them again the next time we are in town and need a PCR test!
